DAY 1.

BOGOTÁ: Reception at the El Dorado International Airport by an official employee of Aviatur, transfer airport - hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 2.

BOGOTA: Breakfast, departure to the savannah of Bogotá to visit the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquira, a 180 meter below ground carved in salt structure, typical local food lunch, return to the hotel, free afternoon, accommodation.

DAY 3.

BOGOTA - SANTA MARTA: Breakfast, hotel check out and tour to visit Bogota: Gold Museum, Botero Museum, walking tour about the Candelaria (colonial downtown area of the city), ascent to the hill of Monserrate, lunch and
transfer to airport to take a flight to the city of Santa Marta; upon arrival, transfer from airport to hotel. Check in
and accommodation.

DAY 4.

SANTA MARTA: Breakfast. Free morning. In the afternoon, sightseeing around the Rodadero, visit to the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, the Tayrona museum and main tourist attractions of the city. Accommodation.

DAY 5.

SANTA MARTA - PALOMINO: Breakfast. Transfer to the town of Palomino (approximately 1 hour 30 minute overland travel), village located near the Tayrona National Natural Park, characterized by its exotic jungle, great biodiversity and beaches where the sea changes color depending on the season. Typical local food dinner and accommodation.

DAY 6.

PALOMINO - RIOHACHA: Breakfast. Free morning. Overland transfer to the city of Riohacha (approximately 1 hour and 30 minute overland travel). Accommodation.

DAY 7.

RIOHACHA - CABO DE LA VELA: Breakfast. Overland travel from Riohacha to Cabo de la Vela (approximately 3 hour overland travel), visiting the Manaure salt mines, scenic drive around Uribia and the desert of Ahuyama and Carrizal; typical local food lunch. In the afternoon visit to the beach Ojo de Agua, ecological walk about the surrounding hills, swim in the sea and ascent to the hill of El Faro to see the sunset. Accommodation in a farm. Dinner.

DAY 8.

CABO LA VELA - RIOHACHA: Breakfast. Tour of Pilon de Azucar beach, hike to the top of the hill from where the beautiful desert landscape and the sea can be seen. Free time for a swim in the sea. Return to the farm. Lunch. Overland transfer to Riohacha airport to take the flight to your next destination.
